Seasonal Employment (Up to 90 Days)
This is a form of temporary employment that helps employers secure the necessary workforce for peak periods without long-term commitments. It works most effectively in Tourism and Agriculture sectors. The major advantage of this type of employment is that the documentation process and obtaining work permits and visas is much shorter compared to other options.

Application Process
Candidate Selection
The process begins with candidate selection and submission of a complete documentation package for each candidate to the Employment Agency.
Employment Agency Review
Within two business weeks, the Employment Agency returns a declaration for short-term employment, which allows the foreigner to apply for a Type C Visa.
Visa Application
The foreigner must personally apply for the visa at the Bulgarian Embassy in their country of residence or through external visa centers that also accept applications for Bulgarian consular services.
Processing Timeline
The processing and issuance of a Type C Visa for short-term stay based on temporary employment typically takes 2 to 3 weeks in most cases. This means the entire process, from candidate selection to arrival in Bulgaria, happens within no more than 2 months.
