The Process
The process of issuing a type D visa for seasonal employment is very similar to issuing a type D visa for long-term employment of 1 to 3 years.
The complete set of documents is submitted to the Migration Office, where, with the assistance of the Employment Agency, they issue an opinion on whether the non-EU citizen will be granted access to the Bulgarian labor market.
