Permanent workforce

Permanent Employment up to 3 Years

This type of employment requires the signing of a labor contract with a minimum duration of one year and a maximum of three years. During this process, the employee receives a work permit and a residence card for the Republic of Bulgaria for the period they have an active labor contract, but no more than three years. Upon expiration, and with mutual agreement from both parties, the contract and the employee's stay can be extended.
